# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service have been created to explain and clearly state the terms of use of the Discord bot known as "Galaxy Gif Bot". 

Do not offer the same infrastructure of our bot for sale. 

It is forbidden to use/sell the bot's PP name without permission. 

Using commands to ping the bot will get you blacklisted for spamming commands Behave in line with the Discord Community Guidelines. 

You are responsible for all your actions.
